Okuma 8K is a brand new concept for a long-distance spinning reel from Okuma.

Okuma’s patent designs such as rotor brake system, rotor with brush guards, quick-set anti-reverse system are maintained in this series…… But with functions and parts.

The 8K has a  worm shaft transmission system and a super slow oscillation system that winds the line straight and level and reduces friction when casting.

The spool is tapered for improved casting distance.
