Introducing the Shimano Stradic C3000 HG spinning reel.

The Shimano Stradic C3000 HG FL is a perfect mid-range reel that can be put through the paces of bigger, more powerful fish without a hassle. The Stradic reels are high-end at a great price and feature many of the technological breakthroughs that Shimano has applied to all it’s spinning reels since the Stella came blasting on the scene blazing with this ground-breaking tech.

The Compact 3000 sizes feature the same body design as the 2500 size, however, the reel possesses a larger line capacity making it ideal to fish both estuary and inshore environments. Weighing 225g, the Stradic FL 3000 matches perfectly with a range of rod ratings from 2-4kg to 3-6kg. Featuring 6+1 bearings, 6.1:1 gear ratio and an upgraded Cross Carbon drag system with 9kg of power.

You can fish the Shimano STradic range from the beach reliably – you will love the smooth, huge casts. And you take it out to sea and put it through the paces set by kingfish and yellowtail. On a nice 7ft or so rod, this will be a multi-function outfit that you can throw spoons and poppers with, or work a spoon (vertical jigging) with.
